Court Confirms Knology Package

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia has confirmed Knology Broadband Inc.'s prepackaged bankruptcy petition without modification.
The overbuilder filed its petition Sept. 18.
The closing of the restructuring is contingent on certain conditions, which the company said it expects to satisfy.
