LodgeNet Reworks Hilton Deal

LodgeNet Entertainment Corp. and Hilton Hospitality Inc. agreed to dissolve their InnMedia joint venture, which marketed Internet access and time-shifted programming to the hotel chain.

A lawsuit InnMedia had filed against LodgeNet in April was also dismissed.

LodgeNet said it cut a new master-services agreement with Hilton, through which it will provide Internet access and time-shifted programming to the hotelier, in addition to on-demand movies, music and games.
