Barry Rosenblum, longtime president of Time Warner Cable’s New York City division, will now oversee the direction of the MSO’s units throughout the Empire State.
Rosenblum, also an executive vice president of Time Warner Cable, has been given additional responsibility for its divisions in Albany, Binghamton, Rochester and Syracuse, along with his extant duties in New York, Philadelphia and suburban New Jersey. He will also continue to oversee New York 1 News.
Howard Szarfarc succeeds Rosenblum as president at Time Warner Cable of New York City and New Jersey, promoted from general manager, a position he has held since 1995.
Terence Rafferty, group VP of finance for Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey and group VP for Philadelphia, is now group VP, finance for the MSO’s New York State divisions.
