Comcast Unloads $914M in Liberty Stock

Comcast Corp. sold more than $900 million in Liberty Media Corp. stock in a block sale through The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., analysts told Reuters.

The MSO sold 85 million shares at $10.75 apiece in a block sale worth $914 million, Reuters reported.

Comcast continues to hold 133 million shares, or 61% of its holdings in Liberty, worth an estimated $1.4 billion, UBS Warburg LLC analyst Aryeh Bourkoff said.
