Cablevision Hears an Optimum Voice

Cablevision Systems Corp. said Tuesday that its Optimum Voice voice-over-Internet-protocol service is now available across its New Jersey, Connecticut and Long Island, Westchester County and New York, N.Y., service area.

The MSO is offering Optimum Voice exclusively to new or current Optimum Online high-speed Internet customers.

Optimum Voice offers unlimited local, regional and long-distance calling across the United States and Canada for a flat rate of $34.95 per month. The service also includes caller ID, call waiting, call return (*69), three-way calling and call forwarding, as well as fully functioning 911 service.
