Convergys Corp. said Bright House Networks’ Indianapolis system will use its “ICOMS” software for billing and customer care.
The deal includes a license for the “ICOMS Web Self-Care” module, which allows consumers an account self-service option through the Internet. The goal is to have fewer calls coming into call centers.
The software also will allow Bright House to offer consumers a single bill for all video, voice and data services.
