Optimum Online Builds Hero Wall

As marchers celebrated and remembered in Manhattan, Optimum Online wants to recognize personal heroes.
The "St. Patrick's Day Wall of Heroes" tribute area on Cablevision Systems Corp.'s high-speed Internet service will honor members of the New York metro area's fire, police, transit and emergency-service departments beginning next month.
Those selected will be available for viewing on Optimum Online's consumer home page (www.optonline.net) beginning April 1, according to a company spokesman.
Those interested in submitting an application on behalf of a hero, including photo, should access www.optonline.net/patrick.
Optimum Online began building its Wall of Heroes on March 15, and it will ultimately put the spotlight on deserving members of the community, highlighting their heroism and giving them the thanks they deserve for serving and protecting the New York DMA on a daily basis.
Submissions will be accepted online through March 31. Optimum Online will update the site on a regular basis through April 30.
