Starz Encore Ups Two, Adds One

Starz Encore Group LLC announced two promotions and one new hire in its marketing department Monday.

William (Bill) Hoagland has been upped to vice president, product management, from group director.

Doug Hartling has been promoted to group director of affiliate marketing, managing marketing activities for the DirecTV Inc., EchoStar Communications Corp., Cox Communications Inc., Charter Communications Inc. and Adelphia Communications Corp. accounts. He had been director of affiliate marketing.

And William (Bill) Brovsky has joined Starz Encore as VP, tactical marketing. Brovsky had been VP of sales and marketing for Western Integrated Networks LLC.
