DirecTV Taps Fawcett

Dan Fawcett has joined DirecTV Inc. as executive vice president and general counsel.
Fawcett had been executive VP of business and legal affairs for Fox Cable Networks Group.
In his new role, he will oversee all legal and business affairs of the domestic DirecTV business.
