Also, Comcast named Henry Pearl vice president and general manager, Comcast of Delmarva. He had been VP, customer operations for Time Warner Cable in Syracuse, N.Y.
John Pitts was named regional VP, technical operations, Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. He had been VP and GM for RCN Corp. in Princeton, N.J.

Jennifer Buzzellihas joined Court TV as senior director, International distribution and court production. She had been a consultant to the network.
Discovery
Discovery Networks U.S. has named Kristin Brown vice president, talent relations, strategy and development. She had been VP, communications.
Bryan Hughes was tapped to succeed Brown. He had been director, external communications at parent Discovery Communications Inc.
Gemstar-TV Guide
Mitch Millerwas tapped as vice president, on-demand product management for Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. He comes from Charter Communications Inc., where he was corporate senior director, VOD/PPV.
Also, Sheldon Rabinowitz was named senior vice president, finance and business for the TV Guide Television Group. He was senior VP, finance, for ABC Entertainment.
