Time Warner Cable is shuffling the executive deck in a reorganization aimed at consolidating operations around three basic business pillars - new product development and deployment, marketing and customer service.
In the new product silo, MSO is promoting vice president of corporate development Mike LaJoie to a new position, executive vice president of advanced technology. Mike Hayashi will join his team, continuing as senior vice president for advanced engineering and subscriber technology, as will Kevin Leddy, who will take over as senior vice president of platform development.
At the marketing helm will be Chuck Ellis, who will move over from operations to become as executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
He will oversee senior vice president for marketing Brian Kelly and senior vice president of customer care David Temlak.
Carl Rossetti will change his role from executive vice president of operation to that of executive vice president of new business development.
His team will include Rick Davies, senior vice president for corporate development; Gerry Campbell, senior vice president for voice; and, Pat Armstrong, in a new position as senior vice president for new product management.
Time Warner Cable also has pared down the operating management team from six to five system leaders under President Tom Baxter.
