Comcast Corp. will offer its high-speed-data subscribers T-Mobile USA Inc.’s "HotSpot" Wi-Fi Internet service under a strategic marketing alliance announced Monday.
Nearly 5 million Comcast data customers can now access T-Mobile wireless-broadband connections when they're away from home, via Wi-Fi, at more than 4,000 T-Mobile HotSpot locations nationwide.
"Our relationship with a premier provider like T-Mobile offers our customers the convenience and ease of connecting to the nation's largest public Wi-Fi network," Comcast High-Speed Internet senior vice president of marketing and business development Greg Butz said in a release.
