MSO Heads to Visit with King

Larry King, host of Cable News Network’s Larry King Live , will host a general session at the Western Show, the California Cable & Telecommunications Association said Wednesday.
The Dec. 3 panel will include Adelphia Communications Corp.'s Bill Schleyer, Cablevision Systems Corp.'s Tom Rutledge, Charter Communications Inc.'s Carl Vogel, Comcast Corp.'s Brian Roberts, Cox Communications Inc.'s James Robbins and Time Warner Cable's Glenn Britt.
King and the MSO executives will examine important industry issues ranging from programming rights to the looming competition from a restructured satellite-TV industry.
The 36th annual and final Western Show will be held Dec. 2-5 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.
