Bob Weatherford has joined Broadband Services Inc. as VP, national accounts, east. Weatherford formerly served as senior account manager with i2 Technologies.
Charter
Barry L. Wilson was appointed senior vice president, general manager of operations for metropolitan St. Louis operations at Charter Communications Inc. He was formerly CEO of United Pan-European Communications in Amsterdam.
CNM
CNM Network appointed Deb Lenart to CEO. She has held senior management positions with companies such as Ameritech, MCI and MFS Communications. Most recently, she was CEO of InTouch Communications.
Comcast
Comcast Corp. has elevated Steve Boschi to national director of marketing services from senior manager.
Also, Michael Parker was named VP, government and regulatory affairs for the greater Detroit region. He was formerly Comcast's area director of operations for Detroit.
Convergys
Convergys Corp. has appointed Marife Zamora as VP and country manager of the company's new operations in the Philippines. She had served as managing director for Headstrong Inc.
Hallmark
Cari Widmyer was promoted to director of sales research at Hallmark Channel. Widmyer joined Hallmark Channel in 2001 as a senior research manager from Fox Family Channel and Fox Kids Broadcast.

Colleen Quinn has taken responsibility for the New York office of National Strategies Inc. She was formerly the senior VP, corporate relations at Insight Communications Co.
QVC
QVC Inc. has elevated Rob Cochran to chief information officer. He had been senior VP.
Scripps
Scripps Networks has elevated Bob Baskerville to president of Do It Yourself Network. He previously served as senior VP of production for Scripps Productions.
Starz Encore
Starz Encore Group LLC named Robert Clasen president, sales and marketing. He is also president of Clasen Associates.
TLC
Joan Harrison was named VP, programming and development at TLC. She had been a television agent for the Broder, Webb, Chervin, Silbermann Agency in Los Angeles.
Turner
Turner Broadcasting System Inc. has promoted Jennifer Dorian to senior VP, branding and business development for TBS Superstation and TNT. She was VP, brand development for TNT.
Also, Ken Schwab was promoted to senior VP, programming for TBS Superstation and TNT, and Laura Dames was promoted to senior VP, marketing operations for TBS Superstation and TNT.
