ABCNEWS.com (abcnews.go.com) is expanding its $4.95-per-month video-news series to a full 24-hour feed.
The Web site has carried news stories and rebroadcasts of World News Tonight with Peter Jennings and Nightline for several years. That core package of subscription content is also available on RealNetworks Inc.'s "SuperPass" subscription service.
But with so much video coming in to ABC News with the impending war, the network decided to go a full 24 hours with the Internet's first all-news network.
The subscription site will feature Washington briefings (State Department, White House) in their entirety, along with traditional news clips, special packages and on-air reruns.
Elsewhere at The Walt Disney Co., the company has launched a broadband version of its kids Disney Blast site (disney.go.com/preview/blast/special_offer/preview.html).
