Visual effects shop Eden FX has named Chris Zapara as a supervising visual effects artist. He comes from Zoic Studios, where he was a 3D supervisor.
Fox Cable
Fox Cable Networks Group elevated Steven Hunt to regional vice president, affiliate sales and marketing for the Southwest region. He had been director, affiliate sales and marketing for the Midwest.
Also, Staci Weiss was named director of digital media. She had been business development manager.
Finally, Fox elevated Tracy Schwartz to manager, affiliate sales and marketing, West region. She was an account executive.

Jennifer Cugini has been elevated to vice president, human resources at Fox News Channel. She had been director.
Insight
Insight Communications Co. elevated Gregg Graff to senior vice president, video services, a new post. He had been senior VP, operations, Southern region.
Doug Giesen was also tapped to succeed Graff as senior VP, southern region. He comes from German cable operator Iesy, where he was chief operating officer, managing director and interim CEO.

Lifetime Entertainment Services named Hector Reyes director, staffing and human resources. He comes from NY1 News and NY1 Noticias, where he was human resources director.
Nickelodeon
Nickelodeon elevated two executives in its consumer-products unit: Maureen Taxter to senior vice president, retail and products from VP, retail and new business development; and Steve Youngwood to senior VP, media products from VP.

Donna Chandler was elevated to vice president, global outreach at Sesame Workshop. She had been assistant VP.
Starz Encore
Starz Encore Group LLC elevated Chelsye Burrows to executive director, corporate communications. She had been director, multicultural communications.

Andrea Stern was named president of Sternworld Creative Management, a management firm for entertainment marketing, advertising, promotion and design clients. She comes from Lab903, a motion-graphics design firm in Santa Monica, Calif.

Branding firm Three Ring Circus named Maziar Majd its creative director. He had been a freelance designer with several firms.
TV One
Detria Williamson has joined TV One as director, affiliate marketing. She comes from Black Entertainment Television, where she was manager, affiliate marketing and local ad sales.
