Univision Communications Inc. said its fourth-quarter earnings will exceed
the consensus of its Wall Street analysts.
The company said it will see earnings per share jump 180 percent to 14 cents,
2 cents better than First Call's consensus.
It also said consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, debt and
amortization will jump 35 percent to $104 million, exceeding the consensus
estimate of $101 million.
Univision plans to report fourth-quarter and full-year-2002 results March 14,
following the closing of its deal to acquire Hispanic Broadcasting
Corp.
