Convergys Reups with Cox

Convergys Corp. signed a five-year renewal agreement with Cox Communications Inc. for billing services.

Cox will renew its license of Convergys’ "ICOMS" software, which provides MSOs with the ability to bill video, voice and data on one system.

Convergys also said Cox will license "Infinys," its convergent business-support solution. Infinys allows for greater flexibility in multiservice bundling, pricing and billing.
