Paff’s Path Leads to Cedar Point

Andy Paff has joined Cedar Point Communications Inc. as president and CEO.

Paff had been chief technology officer at Broadband Services Inc., and he has also held senior positions with Antec Corp. (now part of Arris Group Inc.) and Worldbridge Broadband Services.

"Andy Paff's diverse background -- as a CEO, an entrepreneur, an engineer and a cable veteran -- made him the ideal choice to guide Cedar Point as we move toward more widespread field implementations of our ‘Safari C³’ media-switching system," founder and chairman Mark Galvin said in a release.

"His knowledge of the issues the industry faces, and his leadership skills, backed by the tremendous team of senior executives the company has already attracted, will drive the implementation of converged applications and services for the industry," Galvin added.
