Cox Communications Inc.'s Cox Interactive Media (CIMedia) has promoted Steven D. Rosenboro to vice president, general counsel, from general counsel. Colin B. Sillers has joined Cox Business Services as regional vice president. Sillers had been president of Cherokee Wireless Services Inc. Kevin Dolan has been promoted to director of billing, credit and collection at Cox Business. Rodney Raines has been promoted to director of information technology at Cox Business, from director of network-operations-support systems. Axel Blickle has been promoted to director of finance, enterprise management at Cox Business. Lynda J. Swaney has been promoted to director of marketing solutions for the unit.
