Attendance At Group’s Flagship Event Up 3% Over Last Year

The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers said 11,000 cable telecommunications professionals attended its Cable-Tec Expo 2008 in Philadelphia this week, an increase of 300 attendees over the 2007 conference in Orlando.
SCTE’s flagship event sold out 138,000 square feet of space in the Pennsylvania Convention Center to more than 400 exhibitors, and included more than 20 technical workshops.
