Bruce Eisen will manage business development at Web video navigation technology company ClipBlast. He remains president of digital distribution consulting firm Digital Advisors.
Comcast
Aaron Geisel has joined Comcast's Indianapolis region as regional vice president, sales and marketing. He had been area senior director of marketing operations in South New Jersey.
Also, Terri Weldon was promoted to director, government affairs and public relatuions in Comcast's West Florida region. She had been a government-affairs manager.
Court TV
Nancy McKenna was named vice president of production operations at Court TV. She served on the executive team that launched SportsNet NY and had been VP of event programming at In Demand Networks.
Discovery
Christine Rodocker was named vice president of national accounts marketing, Discovery Communications. She worked for 11 years at MTV Networks, most recently as marketing director.
Also, Rebecca Glashow was named vice president of new media distribution, affiliate sales and marketing. She comes from Comcast, where she was director of video-on-demand and interactive television content acquisitions.
Everstream
S. Ronald Forster was named president of video-on-demand data collection company Everstream. He comes from network-switch vendor Raptor Networks Technology, where he was VP, corporate development.
G4
Josh Krane was promoted to senior vice president of interactive and new media at G4. He has been with the network since 2001, tailoring new-media strategy and developing applications, content and programming strategies.
GSN
Kim Caruso was named executive director of ad sales research at GSN. She was senior director of ad sales research for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel.
Keynote
Jeff Kraatz was named senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at mobile and Internet test and measurement services provider Keynote Systems. He has held management positions at Lucent, Octel Communications and Sprint.
NBCU
Steven Huerta was named promoted to director of program research at NBC Entertainment. He was manager of primary research, overseeing research for Law & Order, My Name is Earl, ER and new drama Heroes, among others.
Outdoor
Joe Stretesky was named regional vice president of affiliate sales for Outdoor Channel's Western region. He held similar positions at Bravo Networks, Showtime Networks and ViewNow Video on Demand.
Also, Patrick Harrell was named director of affiliate sales, Southeast region. He comes from Playboy Entertainment Group, where he was responsible for developing territory-specific marketing programs for cable operators.
QVC
Tara Hunter was promoted to director of public relations at home shopping network QVC. She was a public-relations manager.
ReelzChannel
Fed Posten was promoted to senior vice president of operations at movie network ReelzChannel. He joined the network last fall from Gemstar-TV Guide International, where he was VP of production operations for TV Guide Spot.

Robert Ryan was named head of sponsorships and advertising sales at Setanta Sports North America.

Chad Woodrick was promoted to vice president of syndication research and sales planning at Sony Pictures Television. He was Sony's executive director of syndication research.
Time Warner Cable
Steve Hattrup was named vice president, finance and accounting at Time Warner Cable's National Division. A former TWC executive, he most recently served as president and owner of AlphaGraphics.
TVN
Video-on-demand and pay-per-view programming provider TVN promoted Lyndsay Lowe Lamb to vice president of national accounts, West division. She was director of affiliate sales.
Vonage
Jamie Haenggi was named chief marketing officer at broadband telephone provider Vonage Holdings.
WhiteBox
Del Bothof was named acting senior vice president of sales at Internet television technology provider WhiteBox. He was president of media services at Broadwing Communications.
WWE
World Wrestling Entertainment promoted Stephanie McMahon Levesque was promoted to executive vice president of talent and creative writing. She was senior VP, creative writing.
