Salmi Goes Global with MTVN

Mika Salmi joined MTV Networks in the newly created position of president of global digital media.
Salmi had been founder and CEO of Atom Entertainment, which was acquired by MTVN in August.
In his new role, he will work across the programmer’s portfolio of multiplatform brands to further develop and implement its strategy of building a universe of music, games, entertainment, networking and interactivity for its communities of targeted audiences.
He reports directly to MTVN chairman and CEO Judy McGrath.
