615 Music

Nashville, Tenn.-based production music provider 615 Music named Shauna Krikorian to the new post of music director, Los Angeles. She was founder of Los Angeles-based music-management company SLK Entertainment.

A&E Networks

A&E Television Networks has elevated a pair of affiliate-sales and marketing staffers: Jennifer Ball to vice president, affiliate marketing and Nani Shin-Wannemacher to vice president, affiliate sales and marketing, Northeast region. Ball had been director, affiliate marketing; Shin-Wannemaker was account director, affiliate sales and marketing.

ATAS

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has elevated Scott Buford to art director in its design-services department.

Cablevision

Cablevision Systems Corp. reported that senior vice president and treasure John Bier will retire from the company at year-end.

Cartoon

Cartoon Feldman elevated Josh Feldman to vice president, advertising sales and marketing. He had been sales manager for Adult Swim.

CNN

Mark Nelson has been elevated to vice president, senior executive producer of CNN Productions. He had been senior executive producer of CNN Presents.

Comcast

Comcast Corp. has tapped Terry Kennedy as area vice president of its new Memphis, Tenn., system, following the close of its joint acquisition of Adelphia Communications Corp. with Time Warner Cable. He'd been area vice president, Comcast Mid-South, responsible for systems in Alabama and Mississippi.

Cox

Jennifer Crowe joined Cox Communications Inc. as director of competitive strategy. Crowe had been overseeing consumer strategy and consumer marketing at BellSouth Corp.

Lori Roberts was also elevated to director, marketing services at cable-operator parent Cox Enterprises, responsible for Manheim, AutoTrader.com, Auto Trader Publishing and Auto Mart.

Davie-Brown

Melissa Fallon was elevated to vice president, television and emerging media at Davie-Brown Entertainment.

Discovery

Discovery Communications Inc. has elevated Diane Tryneski to executive vice president, Discovery Production Group. She was senior VP.

Full Circle

Shane McGrath was named director, business development at Full Circle Entertainment. He was VP, developmetn and production at Angela Lansbury's Corymore Entertainment production company.

Granada

Granada America has named Nick Oakley as director, development, Los Angeles. He had been development producer.

Also, Pami Shamir was named director, development, New York. She was development director at CBS News Productions, New York.

Microsoft

Eric Hollreiser has joined Microsoft Corp. as consumer public-relations director.

Music Choice

Multiplatform music network Music Choice has elevated Christina Tancredi to executive vice president, reponsibe for the marketing, promotions, creative, research, public relations, business development and advertising sales departments.

NBC Universal

Cory Shields was named executive vice president, communications at NBC Universal. He comes from Sony BMG Music Entertainment, where he was senior VP, corporate communications.

RASCO

Bob Marino was elevated to vice president, advertising sales, New York region at Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp. He had been director, advertising sales at AMC and WE: Women's Entertainment.

Scripps

Scripps Networks has added Laura Galietta-Cotter as vice president, ad-sales marketing, at Food Network and Fine Living. She had been vice president, consumer marketing at National Geographic Channel.

Technicolor

Technicolor Network Services has tapped Doug Jackson as executive director, network operations. He had been director, operations, at Sony Pictures Television International.

The Tube

Kim Hurwitz was named affiliate relations director of Miami-based The Tube Music Network. She most recently worked for DirecTV Inc. as director, marketing.

WGN

Superstation WGN has added Tom Bumbera as director, research. A 20-year cable veteran, he most recently served as director, research at Music Choice in New York.

Whaleback

Don Hausman was named senior director, product management and marketing at Portsmouth, N.H.-based managed service provider Whaleback Systems. He comes from NBX Corp., where he was product-line manager.
