Sabry Mohideen was named vice president and chief financial officer at Bravo. He will also serve as CFO for NBC Universal Television’s emerging networks. He comes from Viacom, where he was senior VP, head of international finance, MTV Networks.
Comcast Spotlight
Meagan Darlington was promoted to director of emerging technologies, Michigan region, at Comcast Spotlight. She joined the ad-sales unit in 2005, and had been sales and operations manager and client-services team leader at Google.
Disney
John Spelich was named vice president, corporate communications, Walt Disney Internet Group. He has worked with The Walt Disney Co.’s parks and resorts, media networks, consumer products and studio-entertainment units.
EGT
Chuck Conner was named senior vice president of sales for video processing technology provider EGT. He comes from Harmonic, where he led the technology vendor’s sales organization and initiatives.
Fox Cable
Adam Holzer was named senior vice president of integration and emerging media at Fox Cable Networks. He was senior VP, advertising sales, Fox Cable Sports.
Fox Sports
Edward Derse was promoted to vice president of interactive media, Fox Sports International. He was director, interactive media at FSI and director of emerging networks, Fox Sports Interactive Media.
Front Porch
Jeffrey Esposito was promoted to vice president of professional services for the Americas at broadcast-archive management company Front Porch Digital. He was director of professional services.
Goodman Media
Sakura Komiyama was promoted to account director at Goodman Media. She was an account manager with clients including XM Satellite Radio and HDNet.
Also, Sabrina Tanenbaum was promoted to account manager from senior account executive. She works with media, corporate and entertainment clients, including U.S. News & World Report and Korn/Ferry International.
Adriana Ruiz was promoted to senior account executive. A Hispanic market specialist, she has worked on television, entertainment and publishing accounts, including Telemundo, mun2 and HDNet.
Meghan Clinton was promoted to account executive at Goodman Media International. She was assistant account executive and works with media, corporate and consumer clients.
And Maria Corredor was promoted from assistant account executive to account executive. She has worked on TV, arts, entertainment and corporate accounts with a specialty in Hispanic market media.
PBS
Jason Seiken was named senior vice president, interactive at PBS. He was VP, content and programming, AOL Europe, as well as founding executive editor of washingtonpost.com.
Qmobile
Soren Schafft was named CEO of mobile entertainment and production company Qmobile. He was manager of Mobile Media North America, which he co-founded, and has managed mobile campaigns for NewsCorp, ABC, Sony BMG, NBC, Telemundo, The Weather Channel, Fuse and Hearst.
QVC
Kim Melton was named vice president of tax at QVC Inc. He was corporate tax director and has worked for Crown Central Petroleum Corp., Best Products and CPA firm Wilson, Work, Fossett & Greer.
SonicPool
Grace Anthony was promoted to production supervisor at audio and video studio SonicPool. She was a second engineer and has assisted with audio editing on Comedy Central’s Halfway Home; Discovery Networks’ Shape Up or Ship Out; and MTV’s Call to Greatness.
Symetrix
Ray Tantzen was named product and training specialist and field engineer at signal processing technology provider Symetrix. He has worked as a product specialist at Loud Technologies, as well as freelanced in audio engineering.
TVHead
Former Nickelodeon Networks Group chief operating officer Jeffery Dunn was named a director of TVHead and will play an active role in developing the company’s games-on-demand TV network.
