BET will begin airing all 50 produced episodes of HBO’s The Wire Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 9 p.m. (EST/PST).
The first three episodes will be shown in a three-day marathon through Friday, Jan. 12 from 9 p.m.-10:30 p.m. The Wire will then settle into its normal time slot Thursdays at 9 p.m. with encore runs Saturdays at 9 p.m.
The Wire “tells the story of a single drugs-and-murder police investigation from the point of view of both the police and their targets,” the network said.
