Cox Communications said it posted the lowest total customer churn in company history for the second quarter: 2.5%.
The MSO added that at the close of the quarter, total residential-customer relationships were up 2% versus the same quarter in 2006; more than 60% of customers subscribed to more than one service, and more than 28% of subscribers were fully bundled with all three triple-play services.
"After all these years, it's still the bundle, baby," chief marketing officer Joe Rooney said in a prepared statement.
