Robin Domeniconi was named consultant at private-equity firm Avista Capital Partners. She was president of Time Inc. Media Group, responsible for the company's more than 145 media brands.

CNN

Susan Bunda was promoted to executive vice president of content development and strategy, CNN Worldwide. She was senior VP of news, CNN/U.S.

Comcast

Kathy Mandato was named senior vice president of human resources, Comcast Entertainment Group. She was head of human resources at DreamWorks Animation.

Comedy

Bob Pederson was promoted to senior vice president, creative director, on-air brand creative at Comedy Central. He has been VP of the on-air department since 2000.

Cox Media

Shenika Corlette was promoted from sales assistant to account executive, GoScout Homes, Cox Media Hampton Roads.

David Janollari

Clay Spencer was named head of development at producer David Janollari's Warner Bros.-based TV production company. He was vice president of drama development at The WB.

Discovery

Eric Phillips was promoted to executive vice president of domestic distribution, Discovery Communications. He has worked in the legal affairs department since 2002.

Hallmark Channel

Mark Davidson was promoted to director of acquisitions from manager acquisitions at Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel.

In Demand

Nathan Fong was named senior vice president and chief financial officer, In Demand Networks. He was CFO of Rodale International.

Also, Roger Strong was named vice president of research. He comes from HBO, where he was VP of market research and analysis.

And Jennifer Wolfe was named director of affiliate marketing. She was director of consumer marketing at Fuse.

Infinity

Eric Dewyngaert was named graphic artist at Infinity Marketing. He is a recent graduate of North Greenville University.

And Maria Bolan was named media assistant. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University.

Jupiter

Tomoya Aoki was named chief financial officer of Japanese cable operator Jupiter Telecommunications. He was with Capital International, where he led its entry into the Japanese private-equity business.

Medio

Rob Lilleness was named chief operating officer of mobile search and advertising firm Medio Systems. He was COO of Universal Electronics and served as vice president of product management and marketing at Trilogy Software.

NBC Universal

Michael Aaronson was promoted to vice president of digital platforms in NBC Universal's digital distribution department. He was director of digital platforms.

Also, Stacy Melle was named vice president of marketing for digital distribution. She will continue to create and execute video-on-demand, pay-per-view and interactive TV marketing campaigns for Universal Studios, Focus Features and Rogue Films.

Charlie Tiersch was named director of digital business development. He was director of business development at Showtime Networks.

And Keith Eich was named director of digital platforms. He has been with NBCU for three years, working on broadcast operations, IT, NBC News and most recently with the technology growth center.

Optimum

Paul Corona was named vice president of outside plant design and construction at Optimum Lightpath. He was VP of construction and operations at RCN.

Also, Robert Mazzarella was named vice president of network operations. He has held various management and field positions with parent Cablevision Systems.

Scripps

Beth Higbee was named senior vice president and general manager of emerging services, Scripps Networks. She was senior VP, Scripps Networks Interactive.

Starz

Noah Solomon was named director of business and legal affairs, production, Starz Entertainment. He was corporate counsel for San Francisco-based software publisher Riverdeep, and has worked for Comedy Central and NBC Universal.

Telemundo

Ken Wilkey was named senior vice president of broadcast operations, Telemundo Network. He was senior VP of technology at NBC and Telemundo Television Stations.

Turner

Harold Goings and Kris Nielsen-Refs were named directors of the Turner Broadcasting Development Group. Goings comes from Yahoo Media Group, where he was senior manager of business development. Nielsen-Refs was account manager, TBS Europe Ltd.

Weather

Paul Borgese was promoted to director of ad engagement in the media solutions group of The Weather Channel. He was director of research, media solutions group.
