David Preschlack, 33 Disney and ESPN Networks
David Preschlack has come a long way since 1995 when he began at ESPN as a videotape librarian.
As senior vice president of affiliate sales and marketing for Disney and ESPN Networks, he now oversees field sales, ad sales, marketing and national accounts. He also oversees contract negotiations, directs the implementation of marketing and brand strategies and spearheads new business development.
“A career in cable – particularly at Disney and ESPN Media Networks – has afforded me the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most extraordinary minds in business, media, sports and entertainment,” Preschlack said. “Coupled with the notion that everyday brings a new challenge, a revolutionary technology and a real chance to better serve consumers, it’s truly exciting to be part of an industry as dynamic and impactful as ours.”
