Comcast has named Scott Bailey senior vice president and general manager of Web portal Comcast.net. He comes from Turner Sports Interactive, where he was VP, general manager of a group of Web sites including NASCAR.com, PGATour.com and PGA.com.
Also, Joe Cona was named vice president of business operations for the cable operator’s Gulf Coast region, based in Jacksonville, Fla. He had been VP, operations for the Coastal region.
And Comcast Network Advertising Sales has named Sara Kaliski vice president, online advertising sales. She had been director.

Douglas Craig was promoted to senior vice president, digital media operations, at Discovery Communications. He had been VP, programming, new media operations.

Disney ABC Kids Networks has promoted Eric Vincent to vice president, sales, East Coast region. He was account executive, sales, ABC Family.

San Diego-based broadcast systems integrator TV Magic has added David Rosenberg as vice president, general manager of its New York branch. Also, Andrea Cummins has joined as vice president, engineering, also based in New York.
