The debut of new FX drama series The Riches will air with limited commercial interruption thanks to Grindhouse.
The upcoming theatrical from The Weinstein Co. and Dimension Films will sponsor the series, which stars Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver as “gypsy travelers from rural Louisiana [who], along with their three children, go on the run after stealing money from the extended family bank,” the network said.
The two studios will receive three commercial breaks during the series-opener to promote Grindhouse.
