GSN, Two Way TV Play Poker, Blackjack on Mobile Phones

Game-Texting Technology Allows Cable Network’s Viewers to Play Along

GSN viewers will be able to use their cellular phones to play along with High Stakes Poker and World Series of Blackjack following the network’s partnership with Two Way TV.

Starting later this summer, viewers watching the Monday primetime game shows will be able to use Two Way TV’s game-texting technology to compete against other mobile contestants in real-time.

“Game-texting promises to be a valuable new interactive-TV platform in the United States, enabling advertisers to benefit from both integration in our programs and viewer participation with a brand,” GSN senior vice president of ad sales Chris Raleigh said in a prepared statement.
