On-demand Web content management firm Clickability has named Cathleen Schreiner Gates as senior vice president of sales.
Also, Rob Lamb was promoted to vice president of strategic and business development. He was director of customer and partner development.
Discovery
Discovery Communications has added Maleka Burnette as director, public affairs, domestic distribution, based in Silver Spring, Md. She comes from Comcast’s Southern Division, where she was marketing manager for the Atlanta South cable system.
Also, David Shackley was tapped as DCI’s senior vice president, creative. He was promoted from vice president, global events.

Golf Channel has added Earl Marshall as senior vice president, strategy and business development. He comes from Comcast, where he worked in the corporate development department.

Video-streaming service Joost has elevated Jason Gaedtke to chief technology officer. Prior to joining the company, he had served as chief scientist at CableLabs.
