Time Warner Expands Convergys Deal

Convergys Corp. announced that Time Warner Cable is expanding its software-licensing deal to include its “Infinys” business-support software.

Convergys already supplies 20 of the MSO’s 31 divisions with its “ICOMS” billing-software platform, which provides triple-play billing for Time Warner systems.

The new software will allow the MSO to expand bundled-service offerings, the company said, and broaden bundling opportunities.
