Cable Operator, Latin American Programmer Alterna'TV to Launch Mi Cine on Comcast Mexican-Film VOD Service

Comcast and Latin American television distributor Alterna'TV will team up to launch Mi Cine on Comcast, a video-on-demand service tapping one of the largest libraries of Mexican cinema.
Mi Cine on Comcast -- which will be available exclusively to all Cable Latino de Comcast subscribers -- will debut Friday.
The service will feature 30 hours of content per month, showcasing some of the biggest stars in Mexican cinema, including Pedro Infante, Mario Moreno Cantinflas, Pedro Armendariz, Maribel Guardia, Vicente Fernandez, Rafael Inclan, Lorena Herrera, Andres Garcia, Veronica Castro and Pedrito Fernandez.
