Cox Communications said its northern Virginia system will soon launch Middle Eastern Broadcasting Network of America.
MBN TV will join the system’s free international-programming tier, which features 14 channels.
Cox said MBN TV is a 24-hour Middle Eastern network broadcasting from the United States, with coverage reaching the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The lineup includes programming in Arabic, Aramaic and English.
The international tier is available to Cox digital-cable subscribers who also subscribe to at least one other digital package -- its sports and information tier or its movie or variety tiers -- Cox said.
