Vonage Offers Cellular Traffic Reports

Broadband-telephony provider Vonage America announced that subscribers can now receive local traffic reports at no extra charge by dialing 511 on Vonage phones.
511 calls are routed from the Vonage network to a local Advanced Traveler Information Service based on the address the customer used to register for their 911 service.
There are now 30 511 systems operating in 26 states, including all of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. Systems are also available in some regions of California and Ohio.
Vonage America has more 2 million subscriber lines and is a subsidiary of Holmdel, N.J.-based Vonage Holdings.
