Paul Greenberg joined Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. as general manager of TVGuide.com (www.tvguide.com).

Greenberg had been senior vice president, global business development and partner relations at MusicNet (www.musicnet.com).

At TVGuide.com, he will be responsible for leadership, strategic development and day-to-day management, including editorial, production, marketing and product development.

Greenberg will report to Gemstar-TV Guide senior VP and GM of digital media Richard Cusick.
