CN8 Grabs 4 Mid-Atlantic Emmys

While the final season of HBO’s mob drama The Sopranos and AMC’s Broken Trail miniseries captured plenty of national Emmy attention last night, CN8, The Comcast Network was top of mind in the mid-Atlantic region the night before.

CN8 garnered a quartet of mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards on Sept. 15, two for shows and two recognizing individual achievements. Overall,the network had received 15 nominations.

CN8 took laurels in the live/unedited program or special for its CAA men’s basketball tournament coverage, while original series American Builder earned a statue for entertainment program for its New London Ledge Lighthouse edition.

Warren Dent took home an award in the graphic art/animation realm, while Keith Noto won for director.
