ATLANTA -Another longtime Turner Broadcasting System Inc.. executive will step down amid major changes at the programmer. Executive Julia Sprunt, a 20-year veteran, last week announced her retirement effective at the end of April. Sprunt was most recently corporate vice president of public relations, human resources and corporate resources. She had been a confidante of TBS Inc. founder and AOL Time Warner Inc. vice chairman Ted Turner.
