Anystream Becomes Grab Networks After Acquisition

Internet TV Services Company Bought Content Syndicator Voxant in September

By Todd Spangler -- Multichannel News, 10/29/2008 7:07:00 AM

Anystream, a provider of Internet TV and video distribution services, has renamed itself Grab Networks, following its takeover of content-syndication firm Voxant last month.

Grab Networks, based in Dulles, Va., caters to video content owners, Web site publishers and advertisers. The company has 120 employees and counts 700 media companies as customers. In addition, it distributes video from 400 news, entertainment and sports content partners.

Grab Networks will retain the Anystream name for the division serving media companies with software to produce, manage and monetize video.
