Deal Follows Chip-Maker’s Agreement with Tandberg Television

MobiTV and Intel said they will work together to “optimize” the PC version of MobiTV’s live-television service for notebooks and other mobile-computing devices that run Intel processors.
"We are pleased to announce this collaboration with Intel to deliver a live television service optimized for Intel notebooks and the new category of mobile Internet devices," MobiTV vice president of business development Ray DeRenzo said. "MobiTV and Intel will work with [PC manufacturers] to deliver a true out-of-the-box television experience."
