Comcast Opens Customer-Support Center

New Colorado Springs Facility Staffed with 150 CSRs

Comcast opened its new customer-support center in Colorado Springs.

The MSO said the 56,000-square-foot facility is already staffed with 150 customer-service representatives, and it expects to add 50 customer-account executives by year-end. Interested potential employees can apply online.

Comcast added that the new facility supports its systems throughout southern Colorado.
