Time Warner Ups Keib

John H. Keib has been promoted to regional vice president, marketing and sales management at Time Warner Cable’s upstate New York/Maine region.

Keib had been VP of marketing and sales for the MSO’s Syracuse, N.Y., division.

In his new role, he will define regional strategy for product marketing; sales and distribution channels; branding; and promotional programs, along with overseeing research and analysis.

He reports to executive VP, New York and Maine divisions Barry Rosenblum.
