The Nielsen Co. is teaming up with Dow Jones & Co. on a conference which will feature keynotes from Time Warner president Jeffrey Bewkes, former Disney CEO Michael Eisner, Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone and publishing veteran and Caryle Group senior advisor Norman Pearlstine.

Nielsen said the “Media and Money” confab will be held Nov. 7-8, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York.

Other speakers include Quadrangle Group managing principal Steven Rattner, Rush Communications founder Russell Simmons and Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder.

The title of the keynote from Bewkes is “Online TV, Movies, Cable & Magazines: What Does It Take to Build a Multi-Media Strategy?”

Nielsen said Redstone will give a speech titled, “Leadership in a Period of Change: How CBS & Viacom Have Done It.”

And Eisner, who founded investment firm The Tornante Company after leaving Disney, will discuss his new initiative “and provide his view on online entertainment and what it means for traditional entertainment companies,” Nielsen said.
