TBS Sets ’10 Items’ Webcast

TBS.com Program Features Cast of Program, Director Nancy Hower

By Linda Moss -- Multichannel News, 1/10/2008 3:37:00 PM

In conjunction with the Jan. 15 return of TBS’s late-night comedy 10 Items or Less, the network’s broadband destination, TBS.com, is giving fans a cart full of digital tie-ins.

Topping off the offerings is a Webcast featuring the entire cast and director Nancy Hower that will take place immediately after the 11 p.m. season premiere. During the TBS.com program, the show’s cast will answer questions about what it’s like working on the series, what it takes to be an improvisational actor and what fans can expect during the series’ second season.

In addition, director Hower and co-creator/star Lehr will talk about how they come up with ideas for the show and what kinds of challenges they face shooting the series in a working grocery store in suburban Los Angeles.

Along with the premiere-night Webcast, another highlight of tbs.com’s 10 Items or Less digital offerings is an interface that allows users to create personalized performance reviews that they can send to friends.
