Gracie Awards Recognizes 27 Actresses, Shows
Winners Include Miley Cyrus, Holly Hunter, Florence Henderson

Twenty-seven cable-network programs or stars – including Miley Cyrus, Holly Hunter and Florence Henderson -- have been named winners of the 2008 Gracie Awards by American Women in Radio & Television.The national awards recognize exemplary programming created for and by women in all forms of electronic media, encouraging the realistic and multifaceted portrayal of women in entertainment, commercials, news, features and other programs. They will be distributed at a gala dinner in New York City’s Marriott Marquis Hotel on May 28.
