Carlsen ResourcesDanielle Coppola advanced to vice president, candidate relations at Grand Junction, Colo.-based executive search firm Carlsen Resources. She had been director, candidate outreach.
Cedar PointVoice-over-Internet protocol switching technologies provider Cedar Point Communications has promoted Chris Zanyk to vice president, North American region and Central America, Latin America and the Caribbean, from managing director, Latin America.
Also, Ed Flannery has joined Derry, N.H.-based Cedar Point as Northeast vice president, sales; and Bart Green has signed on as West vice president, sales.
CMTCMT has promoted Evan Kroft to senior director, music programming at the Nashville-based cable network, from director.
Also, Laurissa Ryan was elevated to senior director, artist development and relations, from director.
ComcastComcast has elevated Brian Kenna to senior vice president, finance of the cable operator’s Atlanta-based Southern division. He comes from the Chicago division, where he was VP, finance.
The cabler also elevated a pair of Southern division executives: Jen Goldman to division vice president, programming and marketing analysis and Bill Sweeney to division vice president, Comcast Digital Voice and Comcast High-Speed Internet marketing.
Also, Rebecca Tilleson was named regional vice president, human resources, in the West Palm, Fla., region. She had been senior director.
Andy Macke was elevated to vice president, community and government affairs in Comcast’s Atlanta region.
And Paul Navin was named vice president, technical operations for Comcast’s Three Rivers Region, based in Pittsburgh.

DIYPeter Moore has been named vice president, special products at Nashville-based DIY Network. He had been director, special projects in the Scripps Emerging Networks division of parent Scripps Networks.
Also, Brandii Toby-Leon was elevated to director, press and public relations, from manager.
ESPNESPN has named Laurie Orlando senior vice president, talent development and planning, based at the network’s Bristol, Conn., headquarters. She comes from Madison Square Garden Network/FSN New York, where she was senior VP, executive producer.
Additionally, Barry Blynn was named vice president, consumer insights, based in New York. He comes from Sterling Brands, where he was senior VP, strategy.
iBasisAjay Joseph was named chief technology officer of Burlington, Mass.-based provider of mobile telephone services, wholesale long-distance and calling-card services iBasis. He had been the company’s VP, network architecture.
IMMCOMike Hayes has been appointed senior director, Internet-service provider engineering at Alpharetta, Ga.-based IMMCO. He comes from Arris Group’s C-COR unit.

TellabsNaperville, Ill.-based telecommunications technology vendor Tellabs has promoted Robert W. Pullen to CEO. He had been VP, general manager, global services.
