AMC has elevated Jeremy Elice to vice president, original programming at the basic-cable network. He had been director of development.

BigBand

Maurice Castonguay was named senior vice president, chief financial officer of Redwood City, Calif.-based network solutions provider BigBand Networks. He had been CFO of Xylogics.

Bresnan

Purchase, N.Y.-based cable operator Bresnan Communications has elevated Robert V. Bresnan to executive vice president, general counsel, and Jerold C. Lambert to vice president, associate general counsel.

Also, Andrew Kober was elevated to executive vice president, chief financial officer.

BroadLogic

Chipmaker BroadLogic Network Technologies in San Jose, Calif., has named Sik-Han Soh senior director of operations. He comes from broadband access solutions provider Centillium Communications, where he was director of operations, technology and manufacturing,

Broadstripe

St. Louis-based cable operator Broadstripe has named Eric Freesmeier its chief people officer. He comes from Deepwater Enterprises, where he was president.

Also, Rudy Tober advanced to chief operating officer at Broadstripe. He had been chief marketing officer.

CIMG

Los Angeles-based Comcast International Media Group has named Lee Raftery vice president, international marketing, responsible for E!, Style, G4, Versus, The Golf Channel and other properties. He comes from toymaker Hasbro.

Comcast

Philadelphia-based cable operator Comcast has elevated Jennifer Khoury to vice president, corporate communications.

Also, Comcast has elevated Michelle Levasseur to vice president, human resources in its Northern New England Region, from director.

Also, Mark Adamy was elevated to the region’s vice president, sales and marketing, from senior director; John Fouhy advanced to vice president, government and community relations, from senior director; and Bill Flammia was promoted to vice president, finance and business operations, from senior director.

Cox Media

Cox Media in Hampton Roads, Va., has elevated Bernadette Andrews to regional account executive. She had been a Peninsula local account executive for Cox Communications’ ad-sales unit.

Discovery

Discovery Communications has named Deborah Adler Myers as Silver Spring, Md.-based senior vice president, programming, Discovery Emerging Networks. He had been VP, production at TLC.

FSN Detroit

Henry S. Ford has been named general sales manager of regional sports network FSN Detroit. He comes from the San Francisco Chronicle, where he was a senior director.

Gospel

Ty Johnson has joined Gospel Music Channel in Atlanta as national accounts Southeast manager, branded entertainment and integration. He comes from Ambiance Entertainment Network, a private network serving sports stadiums and arenas.

Lionsgate

Barbara Wall was promoted to executive vice president, television, at Santa Monica, Calif.-based studio Lionsgate. Also, Andy Richley was elevated to vice president, television development.

Nickelodeon

Jennifer Goodman Linn was named senor vice president, brand marketing at Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group. She comes from Ann Taylor Corp., where she was VP, marketing.

Spot Runner

Joanne Bradford has joined Los Angeles based targeted advertising company Spot Runner as executive vice president, national marketing services. She had been corporate vice president and chief media officer of Microsoft’s MSN Network.

Time Warner

Maggie Rubey Lynch was elevated to senior vice president, worldwide recruitment and executive search at New York-based media conglomerate Time Warner Inc.

Time Warner Cable

Time Warner Cable has named Mark Dunford as president of the cable operator’s Albany, N.Y., division. He had been vice president, general manager of TWC’s Dayton, Ohio, system.

Turner

Louis Gutierrez has joined cable programmer Turner Broadcasting System as senior vice president, human resources, based in Atlanta. He comes from Time Warner Cable, where he was regional VP, human resources in the Los Angeles system.

TV One

Silver Spring, Md.-based basic-cable network TV One has promoted Endi Piper to vice president, business and legal affairs. She had been director.
