Big Show-Mayweather Match Will Pin A Winner

-- Multichannel News, 3/30/2008 6:26:00 AM

The official rules for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Big Show match at WrestleMania 24 Sunday night have been announced -- and they don’t figure to be pleasant for the boxer.

Counters ‘Money’ Mayweather, whom many regard as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world:  “Hey what I do for a living is take risks. This is my idea that anything goes. He cant beat me at my game, but I can beat him at his.”

In this David vs. Goliath match, Mayweather --for a video interview with him about his throught on the match, click here -- will give away nearly 300 pounds against the 7- foot, 441 pound Big Show at WrestleMania 24, which airs live on pay-per-view March 30 from the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

The rules indicate “there must be a winner and anything goes: The match can be won by pin, submission or knockout, according to WWE.

“This guy made the mistake of entering my world in the first place. Now that I have agreed to these wide open rules, I may just break his back. This is my world, not his, said the Big Show in a statement..
